My passion for lighting began at a young age, when I was captivated by the shimmering sunlight on my kitchen floor. That early fascination sparked a lifelong love for exploring the interplay of light and shadow. My journey into lighting design started in high school, where I had the opportunity to design lighting for a musical. This experience ignited my curiosity and set me on a path of exploring light’s ability to transform spaces. Since then, I’ve been endlessly fascinated by the effects of light—whether it’s the curious shadows it casts, the dynamic refracted colors it creates, or the dramatic contrast of light versus dark.
